At last I have got some time to update my site with a few pictures of what I have been up to.

Few months ago I was getting sick and tired of my pitted forks, so I decided to strip them down to bare metal using a sanding thing on the end of a drill. Works a treat, once all the pitting was gone I polished the forks, then went over with wet and dry and then with thinners to get off any grease before priming them. Two coats of primer went on, let to dry over night, two coats of paint, and three coats of gloss finish to help protect the finish. Best of all, did it myself. :)

Here is how they look, as compared to other pictures on my site..... a LOT better.
